- 220g Sweetened condensed coconut milk
- Grounded Pleasures Marshmallows
- 100’s and 1000’s (Sprinkles) to roll balls around in
Directions
- Place biscuits and cocoa in food processor. Blitz until the mixture becomes desired consistency
- Add coconut condensed milk and blitz until the mixture forms a dough-like texture.
- Place in the fridge for approximately 20 minutes to help firm up the dough, which will make it easier and less sticky when rolling into balls.
- Get a small spoonful of dough and flatten it into the palm of your hand
- Place a marshmallow in the middle of the dough, then fold the dough around it.
- Roll the dough between the palms of your hands to give it a smooth, round shape.
- Place a ball into ¬the 100’s and 1000’s and roll around until completely covered.
- Repeat with all the remaining mixture.
- Keep all the finished chocmallow balls in a sealed container in the fridge to ensure they maintain their shape.
- Enjoy!
