Shipping policy

 

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Shipping Rates

We offer $12 flat rate shipping or $20 express rate shipping within Australia.

All orders must have a minimum spend of $30 for shipping rates to appear at checkout.

Free shipping for orders over $150 within Australia.

Only domestic shipping (Australia) is available at present.

How do I check the status of my order? 

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

Late or Missing Order

Once your order is in the hands of the courier, we no longer have control over its delivery time and cannot be held responsible for late or missing orders.

If an order is late or missing, we can launch an investigation via that courier to locate the missing goods. In most cases, the order will be returned to us or to the intended recipient.
