Cancellation policy

Order Cancellation
Review your order carefully before placing it. We can only process your cancellation if the order hasn't shipped, minus any transaction fees that we've incurred (e.g. Afterpay or PayPal). If you wish to cancel your order before it has shipped, please email us immediately at info@charliessafetreatbox.com

Charlie's Safe Treat Box reserves the right to cancel or modify an order anytime due to suspicion of fraud, supply issues, shipping delays, or a product becoming unavailable.

Cancellation Policy - Subscription & Pre Order
Some items in our store may be offered to you as a subscription or pre-order. This cancellation policy lays out how you can change or cancel these kinds of purchases.

Subscriptions
Recurring subscriptions automatically renew and are billed on the same date as the original purchase until cancelled through the website. Unless a subscription is cancelled before the renewal date, it will automatically renew for a further subscription period, and you will be charged the subscription price.

When you purchase a subscription, you'll receive repeat deliveries based on the duration and frequency that you select. Your payment details will be stored securely, and you'll be charged for each delivery unless you choose to pay in advance. Some subscriptions may auto-renew at the end of their duration. If you don't want to renew a subscription, you can cancel it. 

You can cancel or change your subscription at any time. Your order confirmation emails have links to your order, and you can manage your subscription from there.

Pre-orders
When you purchase a pre-order, you buy an out-of-stock or soon-to-be-available product not yet in inventory. Charlie's Safe Treat Box may collect full payment at checkout for the pre-order. If Charlie's Safe Treat Box collect no payment or partial deposit at checkout, we will securely store your payment method, then fulfil and charge the full or remaining payment at a future date. 

You can cancel a partially paid pre-order order that has not yet been fulfilled. If the order has been fulfilled, then you can't cancel the order.  See our returns policy for more details on returns and refunds.
