The cacao beans are grown organically in one of the purest ecosystems on earth, utilising growing and harvesting methods the Solomon Island people have used for generations.

All chocolates are handcrafted in-house in New Zealand and it takes a staggering 200 hours to turn a cacao bean into one of the hand crafted bars.

Solomons Gold is proudly a zero-waste factory where even the wooden pallets are upcycled into beautiful rosewood tables. The used cacao hessian bags go to a local animal shelter and they use compostable bags for our cacao nibs and chocolate pieces. The chocolate bar packaging is all recyclable.
