Promotion Period: 1 September 2026 to 8 September 2026
1. About the Giveaway
Charlie’s Safe Treat Box and Yummy AF Bakes have teamed up to bring you the Ultimate Safe Snack Haul Giveaway (“Promotion”).
By entering the Promotion, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
2. Eligibility
The Promotion is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over.
Employees, contractors and immediate family members of Charlie’s Safe Treat Box, Yummy AF Bakes, their respective agencies, and anyone directly involved in administering the Promotion are not eligible to enter.
The Promoters reserve the right to verify the eligibility of any entrant and may request reasonable evidence of identity, age and Australian residency.
3. Promotion Period
The Promotion opens at 20:00 pm AEST on 1 September 2026 and closes at 11:59pm AEST on 8 September 2026.
Entries received after the closing date and time will not be eligible.
4. How to Enter
To enter the Promotion, eligible entrants must:

Follow @charliessafetreatbox and @yummyafbakes on Instagram; and

Complete the designated giveaway survey via the promotional entry link; and

Confirm their agreement to these Terms & Conditions.
Where the Promotion is also promoted on Facebook, entrants may also be encouraged to follow the relevant Facebook pages.
Only one entry per person is permitted.
The Promoters reserve the right to disqualify any entrant who submits multiple entries, provides false or misleading information, or attempts to manipulate or unfairly influence the Promotion.
5. Email Marketing
As part of the survey, entrants may choose whether they would like to receive marketing communications from:
Charlie’s Safe Treat Box
and/or
Yummy AF Bakes
Email marketing consent is optional and is separate from entry into the Promotion.
By selecting the relevant email marketing consent box, entrants agree to receive marketing communications from the selected business about its products, services, promotions, new products, offers, recipes and/or relevant content.
Entrants may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time by using the unsubscribe link provided in the relevant email.
Entering the Promotion does not automatically subscribe an entrant to either business's marketing emails unless the entrant has provided the relevant consent.
6. Privacy
The Promoters will collect personal information provided by entrants for the purpose of administering the Promotion, contacting the winner and, where relevant consent has been provided, sending marketing communications.
Personal information may include the entrant’s name, email address and other information voluntarily provided through the survey.
Charlie’s Safe Treat Box will handle personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy.
Yummy AF Bakes will handle personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy.
Entrants should review the relevant Privacy Policy before providing their information.
7. The Prize
There is one (1) prize to be won.

The total prize value is $264.95.
The final total prize value will be confirmed by the Promoters prior to the commencement of the Promotion.
The prize is not transferable or redeemable for cash.
The $50 Charlie’s Safe Treat Box voucher is subject to Charlie’s Safe Treat Box voucher terms and conditions.
Where a prize item becomes unavailable, the Promoters reserve the right to substitute the item with an alternative of equal or greater value, subject to applicable law.
8. Winner Selection
One winner will be selected at random from all valid entries received during the Promotion Period.
The winner will be drawn on 9 September 2026 at the premises of Charlie’s Safe Treat Box in Victoria, Australia.
The winner will be selected using a random selection process designed to give each valid entry an equal chance of being selected.
9. Winner Notification
The winner will be contacted using the email address provided when entering the Promotion and may also be contacted via Instagram direct message.
The winner must respond within 7 days of being contacted.
If the winner cannot be contacted, does not respond within 7 days, is found to be ineligible, or otherwise does not comply with these Terms & Conditions, the Promoters reserve the right to conduct a redraw.
If a redraw is required, a new winner will be selected at random from the remaining valid entries.
10. Winner Announcement
The winner's first name and/or Instagram username may be announced on the Charlie’s Safe Treat Box and/or Yummy AF Bakes social media accounts.
Where required by applicable law, winner details will be published in accordance with the relevant trade promotion requirements.
11. Prize Delivery
The prize will be delivered to the winner at an Australian delivery address provided by the winner.
Reasonable delivery costs within Australia will be covered by the Promoters.
The Promoters are not responsible for delays, loss or damage caused by a third-party delivery provider after the prize has been dispatched.
The winner may be required to provide their full name, delivery address and contact details for the purpose of prize fulfilment.
12. General Conditions
The Promoters reserve the right to verify all entries and entrants.
An entry may be rejected or an entrant disqualified if the Promoters reasonably believe that the entrant has breached these Terms & Conditions, provided false or misleading information, interfered with the proper conduct of the Promotion, or engaged in fraudulent or unfair conduct.
The Promoters accept no responsibility for entries that are lost, late, incomplete, incorrectly submitted, corrupted, delayed or otherwise unable to be processed for reasons beyond their reasonable control.
The Promoters are not responsible for technical difficulties, website outages, internet connection issues, social media platform issues or other circumstances outside their reasonable control that prevent an entrant from participating.
13. Changes or Cancellation
To the extent permitted by law, the Promoters reserve the right to cancel, modify, suspend or extend the Promotion if circumstances beyond their reasonable control make this necessary.
The Promoters will not exercise this right for the purpose of unfairly disadvantaging entrants.
14. Instagram and Facebook
This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or Facebook.
By entering the Promotion, entrants release Instagram and Facebook from any responsibility or liability arising from or relating to the Promotion.
All questions, comments and complaints regarding the Promotion should be directed to Charlie’s Safe Treat Box or Yummy AF Bakes and not to Instagram or Facebook.
15. Acceptance of Terms
By submitting an entry, entrants confirm that they have read, understood and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
